Okay, this is the part of the site where the brewery uses words like “artisanal, passion, quality, innovation” yadda yadda. Ok, all those words apply here, but what do we really brew? 

 

In addition to our core range of beers (Dragon, Sơn Trà Haze, Beach, Sunset), we are constantly brewing beers and styles that excite us and our customers as well.  For example, we’ve gone deep into Vietnamese spices to develop the gold medal Bastard Series. We are proud of Bavarian Madness, a true to form Hefeweizen. And for something more unusual, our Upcycle Pale Ale converts unused pizza dough into a delicious classic ale.
